Peter Large, Rhyl

Adam Williams joined us in 2023 as the manager of our Abergele office, bringing with him a wealth of experience and knowledge. A born and bred North Wales man who has worked in the profession for over 10 years. He has quickly made his mark in Abergele, not only has he become an integral part of our team, he also lead the office to success being awarded the best ‘Estate Agency in County Conwy 2025 selected by the British Property Awards! The office continues to go from strength to strength.

Leanne joined the Rhyl team having previously worked for a national corporate company, she has established herself as a key member in the office. A hugely positive influence, she brings a wealth of knowledge, is professional yet extremely approachable and is very eager to help anyone who walks through our door or gives us a call. Her favourite part of her role is meeting new people and ultimately, helping them in the buying or selling process. Outside of the office, her pastimes include getting out for a good walk in the North Wales countryside and she is also a big Harry Potter fan!

Hayley is one of the ‘Originals’ at Peter Large and has been with the company many years. She really is part of the furniture! Attention to detail is what she certainly has and our fabulous new Sales Particulars’ are prepared and published by her daily! Hayley is a keen cyclist and is often seen riding along the North Wales Coast.

Steph provides solid administration skills to the team and prides herself on the quality of her sales particulars which she helps to produce. Having joined us 4 years ago from the civil service she ticks all the boxes! With a teenager at home her life is busy but she always manages to find time for others, loves her animals and helps her friends with their horses.
