Peter Large Lettings has over 20 years experience in Residential Lettings and Property Management.
We are members of the National Association of Estate Agents, National Approved Lettings Scheme and the Association of Residential Lettings Agents.
We have offices in Prestatyn, Rhyl, Abergele and Llandudno. Our long established reputation in the lettings market and extensive advertising which covers the coastal areas from Holywell to Bangor and inland Denbigh to Llanrwst enables us to find the best tenant for each property we handle.
All our staff are highly trained and able to answer any enquiry regarding the practicalities and legalities of letting residential property.
If offered for rent all properties must have a valid EPC available for prospective tenants. Providing the EPC is current, a new one is not needed for each change of tenant. This means the EPC must be less than 10 years old.
